This piece was written for the SoundScape ensemble and recorded at UC San Diego in 2012. The piece is constructed with small pointillistic motives contrasted with arpeggiated figurations to create a dialectic of two worlds. It takes inspiration in drawing and the title means "Sketch in Blue."
