This piece describes the physical process that a fluid would undergo whilst changing viscosity and takes its inspiration from the blood clotting process that happens to us every time we injure ourselves. …For the thickness of the rain brings a fading mist attempts to provide such description with music, to show how a texture can be transformed from almost solid to fluid and vice-versa. The two-ways process allows for experimentation with timbre blending, different textural densities, gestures and much more. I endeavored to bring a sense of confusion in the perception of the materials and the form of the piece by playing with the contrast between the tangible growing textures and their eluding shapes.
