The composition is inspired by the bird flight. The entire compositional material comes from the analysis of the Hummingbird’s flight sound recording made by Richard Devine.
The composition was awarded with Chairman Prize in the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra Competition in 2015. The creation of this chamber version and its world premiere have been made possible by the support of Petr Somol.
