Eu-scha for flute solo (2014)
When I was a child, my grandfather brought the first interest of music in me. We spent a lot of time playing together. During the play somehow old-fashioned Korean word „Eu-scha“ became for us meaningful: „let play energetically together!”. This first memory with music for me belonged to the most important and beautiful experiences of my life.
In 2014, my beloved grandfather passed away and I dedicated the piece »Eu-scha« with great gratitude and love to him.
