En Bluer

In this work “En Bluer” the materials used by the Violoncello contain some rhythmic-sound and gestural elements, with a sound gesture coming from the electric guitar of the 60s in rock. Then some techniques and sounds of the electric guitar are transferred in part to the cello and consequently to the electronics as well, generating a uniqueness between both discursive lines. Furthermore, at certain points the electronics firmly absorb elements that come from the cello materials, generating responses and imitations that are sometimes expected and other times unpredictable. This work was commissioned by the Vertixe Sonora Ensemble.
