The title of the piece is from Genesis 1:26-27: “God said:’Let Us create man in Our image, in Our likeness…’. So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him, male and female He created them. “Human life is the manifestation and expression of the creative power of God’s Eternal Spirit. Art, by turn, is the constant expression of the creative power of man. God, being Love in essence, manifests as man in both male and female forms, and above all in their relationships. So in this duo piece, that very relationship is expressed through the interaction between the two very different instruments.
