Pièce pour orchestre

In this piece, I wanted to explore different aspects of orchestra. If it’s sometimes treated like a chamber music where each instrument is considered as a solo instrument, I’m also interested in the great sound mass which can be played by the orchestra. At the same time, my interest turned into the combination of different instrumental playings, into the space and also into the coexistence of chromatic and tonal elements. Naturally the question which I was confronted with was « how to create the unity in all of these things? ». In order to create this unity, I included some motives which often come back, but in different forms.
