Le Chatoyant, Ce qui S'epanouir
This peace of music is a kind of poem involving a sense of momentariness. Although a poem is generally short and rhythmic, but the most important poetic element in the score is symbol. Generally speaking, we would have a long time to understand a work of poem in spite of short lines of it. Therefore, There is a rest in many part of this peace, and it makes audiences think about previous played tones considerably.
I wanted to create the most resplendent and beautiful harmony and sound when I wrote this peace of music. So I composed very slowly each tone like tearing a flesh off in my body as Maurice Ravel did.
It is the nocturnal air by spending many wakeful nights and various dewy images that I wrote first, and these images keep alive in my harmony and melody.
