Enchantment Suite
ENCHANTEMENT SUITE was commissioned by American organist Chelsea Chen for a concert at AGO Boston in 2014. The piece is organized in three movements and is a fusion of different styles I was exploring, including elements of counterpointed ancient music, jazz, rock jazz and the contemporary current of French spectralism. These elements were transformed by the compositional process into a colorful spectrum for the rare combination of violin and organ.
