Time Shadow

This work has a quiet nature overall and is more or less one long movement with contrasting sections, a poetical perusal of time although itself intangible... The voice and flute have been used sparingly while the strings carry the main themes consisting of contrasting sections of pizzicati, movements with short repetitive motives and held notes... wether the voice and or flute, or the strings denote time or its shadow or wether it is the extended techniques used for noise generation by all the instruments and voice, can be only decided by the listener for themselves while perhaps it is the inner effect once the piece has finished that is the time shadow....Text: O moment,  Perfect,              Precious,                     Moment.
