Parallel Universe

I think everyone is secretly bipolar – just like there are always other sides of the story. We put on different faces to deal with different situations, and this is perfectly normal. But what really interests me is the whole psychological side of this: we're constantly switching and adjusting in between these different faces, to a point that it almost feels like things are happening in many dimensions at the same time.In Parallel Universe, the flute represents the multifaceted role, ranging from a background color to a very vivid character. It takes us through the transformation of the piece. This is where the paradigm comes in: the music creates this parallel state where this composite situation/space/object/result begins to make sense of itself while being displaced. Our brain tells us to draw lines and connect the dots between everything – this is pure human nature. We want to make sense of it all.
