exactly as the composer intended, without modifcations
transcription :
the original music, note for note, attributed to different instruments, with the intention of preserving the initial sound and texture
arrangement :
some additions, cuts and modifications, sometimes the instrumentation will considerably differ from the original version given the stronger presence of the arranging artist
free adaptation :
the artistic freedom of the arranger places them on the same level as the composer, the new work can be very different from the original, while maintaining an artistic link and high expectations
