Entrópica

In “Entrópica” (for two flutes) two instruments, two bodies, two energies are conjugated. In doing so their particular orders merge into a new order. This order is the initial impulse itself, but it is not explicit; It seeks to transcend the casual and the immediate, since it is above all a principle, objective, source and expressive reason. Entropy is the part of the energy that cannot be used to produce work, as it is irreversible and is the differential result of two opposing energies, however, can work be deduced from a premeditated entropy? Bach used to deduce subjects from his fugue after previously imagining a development. However, the entropy is also defined as the natural tendency to lose order. I prefer to think from here that it is the loss of the individual order, insofar as it is transcended by a collective order, an energy common to all parties. I tried for this work to deduce the materials from global combinatorics, and to imagine entropy not as a residue or difference, but as a substance.
