Musical Icons

This is 6 musical meditations on biblical texts. The fifth movement, The Wind of the Holy Spirit was added in the autumn of 2021 a year after a five movement version of the cycle was completed. The  cycle has a span in expression, from the dramatic third movement to the serenity in movements 2 and 6,
In the last movement, the 2nd string is tuned down by three quarters of a tone, to allow for playing the 11th and 13th harmonics, and a multiphonic harmonic is introduced towards the end.
