This piece was written for children. Children have such a bright energy. I wrote a piece inspired by the playground where these children are the most childish. And there are so many rides in the playground. Slides, swings, seesaws, trampolines…
So I expressed the children laughing brightly and jumping on these rides musically.
All of us who have experienced it, and the children are experiencing it now, and someone will experience someday. It is even more special because such a precious time is finite.
I hope it will be a piece that reminds you of the good memories of your childhood that each of you have. (Rein ins Vergnügen! = Let’s go into pure pleasure!)
