Notes on this piece Le diamant sourit au crepuscule (2018) is a piece for paetzold bass recorder and electroacoustic. The work is inspired by the Joan Miró painting with the same title. The idea of opposites that are attracted is used in the piece to generate the musical drama, as well as Miró's painting expresses this same oxymoronic relationship.
