Some Isotopes are, as part of this particular physical world entirely stable or inert, others are developed intentionally unstable, their decay or re-stabilisation controlled for specific purposes.This piece is as a reaction to the disastrous results of presumptuous behaviour attended by mistaken fear (fearing that which one should not, and not fearing that which one should).The work is conceived as one long  decrescendo, from generative impulses through phases of interaction where new formations result from the initial generation, also produce energy spikes with their reactions, until the initial energy is expended, to become again part of the inaudible (inconceivable) background - inaudible because always sounding one can never actually hear it.
