The piece was written for the accordion duo: Maciej Zimka and Wiesław Ochwat for the Krakow Accordion Festival 2023. The inspiration for the piece was a French-American artist from the New York scene: Isabelle Collin Dufresne (1935-2014) with the nickname: "Ultraviolet". She was friend with both Salvadore Dalí and Andy Warhol in NYC. These two elements come together in this piece, we have some surreal narrative elements and harmonics combinations with repetitive material associated with pop art and the highest registration often appearing as the dominant in the piece.
